So please keep in mind that no two pieces of timber are identical and that each piece is unique and made just for you. We hand pick our timber and always select the best pieces for our products. Be assured, there is a lot of love and patience that goes into each piece.

Check Address
Please ensure your address is displayed correctly on the order confirmation email you receive, if it is not please contact us to have it amended. If your order has been sent to the wrong address, we will need to wait for the item to be returned to us and we will notify you once it is returned. You will need to cover the postage costs for it to be sent again to the correct address.

Item Tracking
Items are sent by courier using the courier companies tracking number. The courier name and tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. You can track your parcel on the website of the courier you selected at checkout. To see if your product has been shipped or still being processed with us, enter the Order ID you received at the time of purchase by clicking on ‘Order Tracking’ at the top of the screen.

Delivery Time
Please keep in mind our shipping ensures your parcel is shipped quickly, it does not necessarily mean our production time is faster. If you need an order quicker than its estimated production time, please contact us and we can try and arrange this for you during our non-peak periods. Note, a small fee may be associated with a rushed order.

International Shipping
Unfortunately at this stage we do not ship internationally. We will be reviewing this in the future.
