How do I place my order?

All orders must be placed on the Phoenix & Arrow website.  We do not accept orders over the phone or via email.

I’ve already placed an order but I want to order something else as well. Can I do this and what about the shipping?

That’s great news, you’d like to order another one of our products. It will depend on what you are ordering and where your original order is in our production process. The best thing to do is contact us ASAP and we will let you know if this can be done.

What file format should I submit?

When submitting a photo file for a canvas, please submit high resolution JPEG files.  They should typically be somewhere between 2–10MB in size.

I have made a mistake with the text on my order. What can I do?

Oh no, if this has happened please let us know ASAP, hopefully it has not gone past that stage in production!

I'm in a hurry. Can I get my order sooner?

All of our products are made to order. Production times are stated in each products description. If you need your order sooner, please call us as soon as possible to see if this can be arranged. We also offer express shipping at checkout, which we recommend if you need your order quickly.

I have not received my order.

If your item does not have a tracking number, it has been posted by regular untracked post, as selected by you at the checkout. Please check at your local post office at first instance in case an attempted delivery card has been left for you and has gone missing. It’s also well worth checking with other household members and neighbours. If they are unable to assist with your issue, please contact us at Phoenix & Arrow and we’ll do our best to help.
