We ship our products with our partners at Australia Post and Startrack from beautiful Camden NSW, Australia.
By partnering with Australia Post and Startrack we have been able to give our customers more options and flexibility when selecting their shipping at checkout.
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email to advise that your order has been placed successfully. The next time you will hear from us, is when your order has been shipped.

to have it amended.
If your order has been sent to the wrong address, we will need to wait for the item to be returned to us and we will notify you once it is returned.
You will need to cover the postage costs for it to be sent again to the correct address.
Tracking is included in the shipping quotes, unless it is stated otherwise. We highly recommend it tracking.
Note: If you select to have your item sent as Untracked Postage, we cannot take responsibility for locating your parcel once it has left our care, if for any reason it is not delivered to you via the postal service.
Items that are sent using a tracking number, will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
